Schedule: Full-Time Nights | 36 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. 

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program

Preferred: B.S. from an accredited registered nurse program 
Experience: Preferred 3+ years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting 

Licenses / Certificates                          

Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act.; 
Emergency Services required: BLS, PALS, ACLS;  Free standing Emergency Services: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days; 
BLS must be acquired within 7 days of hire. ACLS and PALS must be acquired within 30 days of hire. NRP must be acquired within 90 days of hire.

                         
Working Conditions                          
May be exposed to a variety of healthcare settings, including clinical, office or maintenance environments.

May be in contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances.
