The Data 360 Solution Engineer/Architect is a customer-facing role with one goal: helping our customers become a true Agentic Enterprise. As our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data 360 — Salesforce's flagship hyperscale data platform — you'll serve as a strategic technical advisor across the full customer lifecycle, from presales through production activation. Based on your background, your focus may span Analytics (Tableau), Marketing Cloud (MC), or Data 360 integrations with platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, or Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop Analytics, Marketing, and Data Platform use cases grounded in repeatable, proven architectures.

  • Contribute to workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Proof of Technologies (POTs) that showcase the power of our platform for customer-specific use cases.

  • Work with core Technical Architects and global AI & Data teams to define data architectures, product and licensing recommendations, and credit consumption estimates.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to share Voice of the Customer feedback and inform roadmap priorities.



Post-Sales:

  • Guide customers from successful POC to full production deployment, partnering with implementation partners, Salesforce Professional Services, or the customer's own Center of Excellence.

  • Monitor credit consumption in coordination with Consumption Leads and Data 360 Account Executives (AEs), providing optimization guidance as needed.

  • Develop and deliver one-to-many enablement motions (e.g., webinars, office hours) to scale knowledge and best practices.

  • Manage strategic handoff to internal teams — including Field Delivery Experts, Professional Services, and Customer Success Managers — at the appropriate time.



Required Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, Marketing, or CRM (a combination of these is fine).

  • Deep knowledge of Data 360 and the Salesforce Agentforce product suite, including data modeling, ingestion, and identity resolution.

  • Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, data governance principles, and industry-specific use cases.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across both technical and business audiences. Fluency in English and French required.



Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience with Big Data processing, Data Architecture and Modeling, and modern data lakehouse concepts; familiarity with at least one of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP, and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.

  • Salesforce Agentblazer Legend Status (which includes AI Specialist certification) and Data 360 Consultant certification.

  • Experience with AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks and orchestration.

  • Track record of delivering impactful assets, demonstrations, and prototypes in complex, pressurized customer environments.

Qualifications Requises :
  • 5 ans ou plus d'expérience dans des missions orientées client en Data, Analytics, IA, Marketing ou CRM (une combinaison de ces domaines est acceptée).

  • Solide maîtrise de Data 360 et de la suite produit Salesforce Agentforce, incluant la modélisation des données, l'ingestion et la résolution d'identité.

  • Bonne compréhension des modèles d'intégration de données, des API, des principes de gouvernance des données et des cas d'usage spécifiques aux industries.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité à instaurer la confiance auprès d'audiences techniques et métier. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise.
