This is your chance to join NXP Austria for an exciting summer internship where you’ll work with cutting-edge technology in the field of RFID as Analog Physical Designer. Your tasks may include:
Learning analog floor planning, layout, place & route
Working with RC extraction and Static Timing Analysis
Supporting design‑for‑manufacturing, physical verification, and formal verification
Performing power and crosstalk analysis
Checking incoming deliverables (memories, IOs, core libraries, analog IPs)
Optimizing designs for area, power, speed, and yield
Working with design‑for‑security features
Verifying bond diagrams
Your Profile:
You are a student enrolled in Electronics, Telematics, or a related technical field and are:
Are curious about process technology, physics, and CAD methodologies
Have solid configuration management skills
Bring strong technical English skills
Are motivated to learn how semiconductor design works in real-world environments
Availability: Full-time for 2–3 months between June and September 2023
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.100- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
