Scope:
- Work closely with Professional Services Sales leadership in EMEA and APAC, while also aligning with peers in Sales Operations who support North America and LATAM.
- Based in India, this role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency, operational discipline, and business growth across these regions.
- The role will also collaborate extensively with the Sales Operations business partners for Software Sales and Renewals, ensuring cross-regional and cross-function alignment within Blue Yonder’s global revenue operations.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the Sales Operations business partner for Professional Services Sales in EMEA and APAC, providing strategic and operational support.
- Partner with the Sales Operations peer covering NA & LATAM to ensure consistency and global alignment across Professional Services Sales.
- Collaborate closely with Software Sales and Renewals Operations counterparts to ensure an integrated and consistent approach across the revenue ecosystem.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business performance reviews for Professional Services Sales in EMEA and APAC.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and regional business trends.
- Support territory, quota, and target-setting processes for Professional Services Sales in collaboration with Sales Operations leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data, reporting, and analytics to enable effective decision-making.
- Work with Finance, Professional Services Delivery, Marketing, and IT teams to support planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Support enablement by equipping the Professional Services Sales teams in EMEA and APAC with tools, resources, and insights that drive success.
- Foster effective collaboration across global time zones, aligning with US business hours to ensure strong coordination with global counterparts.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted business partner to sales leaders across regions.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, quota/territory design, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and BI/analytics platforms; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively across geographies.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners (Finance, Delivery, Marketing, IT) in a global environment.
- Ability to balance regional nuances with global alignment and priorities.
- Flexibility to work US business hours from India to effectively support EMEA/APAC teams and global stakeholders.
