Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and supporting the team in problem-solving discussions. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting software issues, analyzing system logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems. With your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the seamless operation of EMR systems and enhance the overall user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in problem-solving discussions. - Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions. - Analyze system logs to identify and resolve technical problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve software defects. - Document and communicate software issues and resolutions to stakeholders. - Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring software issues. - Assist in the implementation and testing of software enhancements. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EMR systems. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
