We are seeking a transformational Associate Creative Director to join our Strategy & Business Operations team. This role blends strategic creativity with hands-on design leadership to craft compelling internal and customer-facing content that elevates our brand, drives engagement, and delivers exceptional experiences. You will own creative direction, content delivery, and partner across teams to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Elevation & Storytelling

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive branding and visual identity for Technical Pre-Sales to elevate impact and recognition.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that inspire confidence and drive action.

Content Design & Production

  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets for both internal enablement and customer-facing initiatives, including:
    • Enablement & GTM Strategy content
    • Executive Review presentations
    • Transformational pitches & customer stories
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with Adobe’s brand standards and strategic objectives across channels.

Instructional Design

  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, learner-focused materials that drive adoption and understanding.
  • Develop structured learning experiences, job aids, and enablement guides that simplify complex processes and enhance knowledge retention.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with Strategy & Business Ops, Technical Pre-Sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
  • Influence creative direction for major initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across channels.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Communicate capacity and timelines proactively to collaborators.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8+ years in creative design roles, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in content creation, communications, or marketing.

Skills:

  • Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic problem solver with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $94,300 -- $179,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
