We are looking for a Lead Producer to join us on the Fortnite Core Tech team, driving one of our major R&D tech programs, which involves large cross-team and cross-functional groups. These involve low-level game and engine systems, including internal developer workflows and processes. Potential options include internal DevOps and stability, tech initiatives related to the editor, and reducing time to play. In this position, you will partner with the broader Fortnite organization and specific team leadership across the company to manage goals, executions, and outcomes of this program. We’re looking for individuals who excel in multitasking, thrive in chaos, possess great communication skills, and are comfortable managing roadmaps and schedules of a group of opaque initiatives. Ideal candidates have experience in game or engine development or hardware frameworks, and have directly worked with engineers and the systems they develop.
We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps). Our current benefits package includes coverage for medical, dental, and life insurance. We also offer supplemental benefits including daily meal vouchers, and commuter benefits for onsite employees.
