Role

The Logistics Planning Analyst supports daily supply chain and logistics operations by assisting with material‑flow planning, layout improvements, PFEP updates, SAP WM activities, data analysis, and NPI logistics support.

What you'll do

  • Support logistics planning by developing material‑flow strategies and ensuring efficient POU replenishment.
  • Contribute to layout optimization, capacity analysis, and material‑handling improvements.
  • Support logistics activities for new projects (NPI) and operational changes.
  • Maintain and update PFEP to ensure accurate material data.
  • Develop flow maps to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision‑making.
  • Support outbound logistics processes and coordination with external warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Work for logistics and material‑handling processes.
  • Apply SFEMA principles to support workflow reliability.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, Mechanical Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Intermediate conversational English.

Knowledge Required

  • 1–2 years in logistics, supply chain, material planning, or related operational support areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP WM.

Planning and Organizing

  • Intermediate SAP, Excel, and Office skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain areas (Distribution, LPA, Purchasing, D&O).
  • Coordination of logistics activities and operational follow‑up.
  • Basic use of AutoCAD for interpreting layouts and plans.

Effective Communication

  • Clear communication with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to support basic negotiations to secure favorable conditions.
  • Accurate documentation and reporting of operational information.

Analytical Thinking

  • Analysis of logistics and supply chain data using Excel and SAP.
  • SAP data to support operational decisions.

Top Candidate Profile

  • Advanced English.
  • Skilled in process automation and digitalization (Power BI, Power Apps)
