- Build and maintain a robust pipeline that delivers new logo revenue to Bill Gosling Outsourcing annually.
- Through understanding of current and emerging technology as it relates to a call center BPO, translate technology solutions into a positive ROI to prospects and customers.
- Understands Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s seam in the market and directs marketing / prospecting efforts accordingly.
- Promote technology sales to existing client base; including the technology business division of Bill Gosling Outsourcing.
- Work closing with the other teams to drive new products and services into Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s product roadmap
- Build and maintain a key prospect database
- Promotes the company’s global footprint with a focus on near-shore, offshore, and domestic based opportunities.
- Build relationships with key influencers, strategic partners and industry analysts.
- Supports the leadership team to integrate an AI / Machine Learning product capability.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for the company at domestic and international tradeshows and events.
- Work with the Communication Team and Marketing Team to support (and enhance) the efforts of the Business Development Team and in the preparation of all RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., including creation and modification of templates, coordination of activities, creation of hard and soft copies, and distribution of materials to appropriate parties
- Supports the leadership team in establishing a clear direction on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with Bill Gosling’s Promise of Performance, “The Gosling Theory” and all Company Policies.
- Champion company core values and other company programs

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College Diploma or University Degree (Business or Technical preferred)
Experience
5 years sales experience in a BPO or Technology industry
Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO Companies
Bilingual (English & Spanish) would be an asset

Valid Passport and Driver’s License as travel may be required
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Sales and Enterprise Growth
