Team/Role Overview:

Work with the established and experienced Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) FI Sales coverage team across the UK and Europe to support the KYC (Know Your Client) and RFI (Request for Information) client outreach processes – both of which are business critical and which support continued client and revenue growth, reduce attrition and help the organisation mitigate multiple risks associated with and derived from the services provided to Financial Institutions (FI) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI)

  • Primarily provide support to UK and Europe based Client Executives and Solution Sales with the Know you Client (KYC) and RFI (Request for Information) processes and overhead (including communication with clients where this is required)
  • Work closely in partnership with Sales and Coverage partners, focusing on these key areas which form a big element of TTS' adherence to risk and controls procedures and processes and our obligations to other key stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Provide support where necessary for the coordination of RFP material relating to these core areas of risk control
  • Ensure AML (Anti-Money Laundering) enquiries handled promptly and thoughtfully, ensuring adherence to Citi policies.
  • Take ownership, lead and track specific customer issues/problems/trends in the context of KYC and RFIs and be able to articulate these to management internally, offering suggestions on process improvement and risk mitigation, when and where appropriate
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Committed, Trusted team player
  • High energy with initiative
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills
