職務内容: ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) は、お客様及びパートナー様に向けた営業および技術的な役割を果たします。SEの主な職務内容は、営業を技術やスキルの側面でサポートし、F5のソリューションに関する技術的知識をお客様やパートナー様へ提供する事です。
また、営業と協力して、お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ったF5のソリューションと製品販売を行います。SEはお客様にとって、技術的およびビジネス上の課題を解決する為の効果的なソリューションを提案する信頼できるアドバイザーです。F5 のSEは技術的な機能提供だけではなく、技術的価値提案とビジネス上のメリットを提示します。
SEはF5製品とエコシステムの両方に対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要がある為、F5ではSEに対する継続的なトレーニングや資格取得をサポートしており、エンジニアとしての更なるスキルアップを図る事のできる環境を整えています。また、経験の浅い方や未経験の方を積極的に支援する体制やチームメンバー間で協力し合う仕組みがあり、また、働き方に柔軟性を持たせるなど、働きやすい環境作りに努めております。SEの強みや志向により、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、アプリケーションなどの分野に専門性を持つことを選択すること、また、能力や将来の目標に応じた職務内容変更も可能ですので、SEとして活躍しながら、キャリアアップにも取り組んで頂くことが可能です。
今回はエンタープライズのお客様(製造・流通・金融など)をご担当いただくこととF5のパートナー様をご担当いただくことを兼務するSEを募集しています。
