Seeking a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney with 3+ years of experience in Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases, and out-of-court restructurings. Ideal candidates bring creditor-side and/or in-court debtor experience, including Chapter 11 preparation work (cross-border restructuring experience is preferred). A candidate with banking transaction experience in areas such as leveraged finance, private credit, liability management transactions, or infrastructure finance is a plus. Candidates should be proactive, collaborative, and have strong organizational skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Class of 2020-2022 preferred.

U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $310,000 and $390,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.

The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
