As a member of the TPT School Purchasing team, you will help schools gain access to the resources they need through order processing and by providing exceptional customer service. This team processes orders from schools, recognizes trends in the questions they receive from the educator community, and shares these learnings internally to improve our product and services

This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office. #LI-TM1

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Learn TPT's products, services, processes, and tools to ensure a polished, positive interaction with school buyers
  • Fulfill purchase orders, including moving orders through the cycle, following up with schools about orders, and answering questions from our users
  • Ensure all individual orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Manage the exemptions process, including moving requests through the cycle, troubleshooting for school users, and answering sales tax questions
  • Provide email and phone support to teachers and school administrators 
  • Learn to do the necessary background research to deliver high-quality customer experiences
  • Be able to answer all ticket types with additional support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with site changes and policies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Interest in K-12 education!
