About the role:

The goal of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to create, localize and support the omnichannel DtoC campaigns driving consumer acquisition and loyalty through unique, engaging, and results-driven digital experiences across web, email and social platforms. This role  will support the day to day activities in driving traffic and opportunities to Convatec web site  and me+ enrollment. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will implement Italian strategies.

This position will work as part of the Marketing team in ensuring collaboration with key stakeholders across the Continence Care business unit to deliver initiatives across all consumer touchpoints following a unified brand image and distinctive leadership presence in the marketplace.

The successful candidate is located in our office in Rome.

Your main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement online-offline strategies to drive web traffic, brand awareness through: Sales Rep channel, email marketing, social media

• Strive to produce superior user experiences that drive differentiated customer engagement

• Identify database opportunities to generate leads and maximize brand presence and awareness

• Review digital analytics to track success and refine activity for social media and email marketing activity

• Create, maintain, ready to implement where necessary an omnichannel calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with me+ program, product launches, campaigns and demand generation

• Serve as point of contact for all email activities and social media activities

• Maintain uploading of digital assets on internal marketing source file site

• Responsible for requesting and securing appropriate databases for various campaigns aligned to data processes in the business

Your Profile:

• Good understanding of the digital ecosystem and digital products

• Minimum 3 years experience in a digital marketing environment

• Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude

• Action orientated with passion for the customer and the ability to think creatively and analytically

• Persuasive communicator that understands how to effectively balance various points of view, influence others, and find common ground that drives meaningful results

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Familiarity with website content management systems

• Experience and knowledge of google analytics (a plus)

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.

• Experience in website maintenance , driving consumer activity via email and social media

• Experience in Social Media CMS tools

• Proficiency in English language
