About our Team
The DRV (Driving Risk: Violations) Product Management team supports the Auto, Life and Commercial insurance markets to drive product and cost innovation.
About the Role
As a Product Manager II, you will be responsible for planning and executing product strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams to develop and launch new products and features, while optimizing existing ones. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, conducting user research, and driving product roadmap prioritization. You will also need to be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and making data-driven decisions to ensure the success of the product portfolio.
This role is hybrid in Alpharetta, GA - 3x week
Responsibilities
Gathering data from multiple sources to drive solutions to business problems and issues of consequence to the company.
Demonstrating the ability to make trade off decisions between potential product capabilities.
Developing go-to-market strategy to ensure that your product features and roadmaps are well understood by stakeholders both internal and external.
Conducting customer discovery to identify unmet needs and design solutions to address those needs.
Participating in product discovery, according to defined process, for new product development.
Managing portions or entirety of the product lifecycle, as needed.
Determining strategic product vision and priorities for a feature area, and shapes/champions future product direction.
Working deep into complex systems and regulatory requirements to successfully bring those ideas to fruition
Requirements
Experience in Product Management, recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features
Recognize, lead and release changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact.
Demonstrate of thorough product development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product plans
Able to successfully participate in customer engagements.
Experience and knowledge of insurance market, products, and risk management strategies - ideal not required
Possess a BA or MA level education is ideal, not required.
Have minimum of experience in product management: 4-6 years
