Summary:
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. Your typical day will involve guiding and leading the execution of AI transformation projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, and addressing challenges that arise during the implementation process. You will engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback, ensuring that the transformation aligns with the organization's objectives and delivers value across multiple departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in AI transformation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration, Large Language Models, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
