Trust Senior Associate (TSA) -


This job is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a trust product expert, helping to identify opportunities for expanded product penetration in existing books of business, and supporting administrative client account/relationship servicing. Job expectations include acting as an additional point of contact to clients and supporting other service associates as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Trust Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactions
  • Serves as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updates
  • Identifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business, while assisting other service associates as needed
  • Coordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups
  • Partners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
