Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting software issues, analyzing system logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. With your expertise in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management, you will contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot software issues reported by end-users. - Analyze system logs to identify and resolve application errors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. - Ensure the smooth functioning of critical business systems. - Provide support to end-users and address their queries and concerns. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve the performance and stability of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies. - Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
