What success looks like in this role:

• Oversees AI / ML Software Engineering teams and processes.
• Executes and delivers on AI / ML models and developments for a significant product portfolio.
• Builds solution delivery strategies encompassing complex models / applications and accommodating evolving market conditions.
• Provides thought leadership and serves as a trusted advisor for AI / ML and other technical teams, defining and structuring new product-based opportunities and finding ways for Unisys to positively impact client outcomes.
• Manages and drives problem solving efforts between business users and development / delivery personnel.
• Develops, rationalizes and aligns roadmaps for enhancing the capacity and capability of Unisys AI / ML related infrastructure and supported applications.
• Defines and implements processes and guidelines for concept development and technology assessment.
• Heads the development of detailed deployment designs.
• Owns responsibility for teams meeting established performance metrics and handles load-balancing between teams to maintain a consistent level of support across the company.
• Develops and helps drive implementation of internal solutions that improve current processes, add efficiencies and ensure a positive, business-focused outcome.
• Ensures organizational compliance with AI / ML governance standards and processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2-4 years’ leadership experience
