Financial Analyst II
Job Description:
Arrow is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide financial planning, reporting and analysis support for our SaaS division. The position helps drive the ongoing standardization and improvement of reporting processes and business metrics. Other responsibilities include monthly management reporting and support of internal customers by answering questions and providing financial guidance. Arrow is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn and be challenged.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide financial/business support to management for annual budget process, monthly forecasting and close processes, as well as project financial analysis
- Work closely with business partners across functions - Sales, Operations, and Accounting
- Assist in the monthly close process to ensure accuracy in financials
- Consolidate financial reporting to support corporate reporting
- Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request
- Support the day-to-day efforts of the department
- Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
- Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
What We Are Looking For:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Experience in finance, accounting and commissions
- Fluent in English
- Excel intermediate-advanced
- Oracle or any other ERP experience is preferred
- Ability to meet high pressure deadlines when necessary
- Ability to take direction well, work independently more often than not, and manage multiple priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner
- Problem solving skills to help in generating innovative & effective solutions geared towards addressing the needs of the department and internal customers
- High sense of professionalism as this is a highly visible role and interacts with senior leadership team
- Flexible and sets high standards for work responsibilities
- Ability to adapt easily to change
- "Can-do" mentality with a strong sense of teamwork and thrives in a dynamic environment
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$29,750.00 - $38,029.17 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
