Job Description

Manufacturing Systems Specialist

The Manufacturing Systems Specialist supports, maintains, and optimizes manufacturing digital systems such as SAP, MES, and related applications to ensure reliable operations and accurate data flow. The role works closely with Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations to implement system changes, support new processes, and drive improvements in efficiency and data integrity, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and legal requirements.


Your role:

  • •Provide first-line support for manufacturing systems (SAP, MES, Labeling, PLM), ensuring stable and efficient production operations.

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot system functionality, analyzing performance and data integrity to drive continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, IT, Operations) to support system changes, new process introductions, and workflow enhancements.

  • Support quality incidents, system upgrades, integrations, deployments, user training, documentation updates, and knowledge transfer activities.

  • Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.


You're the right fit if:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a technical or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design, or a related field; 40% completion or higher; basic to intermediate English proficiency.

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (lookups and pivot tables).

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting an organization; medical device manufacturing (HVM) preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision‑making abilities; exposure or interest in NCR/CAPA and VSM is a plus.

  • Familiarity with engineering/manufacturing environments, some analysis and design skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision with work reviewed for accuracy.


How we work together


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role, Schedule business hours.
