Analog Device’s CoreAI team is looking for an experienced AI Governance Lead to define and implement RAI strategy for ADI, work with BU partners to identify and address risk, stay abreast of the regulations, and perform risk audits, identify and help implement technical controls.
Responsibilities include:
· Define and implement RAI strategy for ADI.
· Work with BU partners to identify and address risk.
· Stay abreast of the regulations and help perform risk audits.
· Identify and help implement technical controls and workarounds for enterprise and edge AI usage.
· Work with BU to define the scope of work and limitations based on culture and overall company strategy.
· Work with Legal, HR, and communication teams to communicate and update responsible AI statements and policies.
· Lead a data and a model governance team to verify RAI.
· Serve on the standard committees on Responsible AI.
Qualifications:
· Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
· 10+ years of full-time industry experience in AI with at least 3 years in governance and risk management.
· Publication record in Responsible AI.
· Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks, and technical controls.
· Demonstrated capacity to persuade and establish trust with both business and technical executives throughout the enterprise.
· Hands on experience and understanding in testing of AI algorithms and models.
