Summary:
As a Security Architect, we are seeking an experienced ForgeRock Access Management (AM) Architect to lead the design, delivery and governance of enterprise scale Identity and Access Management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the IAM / Access Management workstream and manage end to end delivery of ForgeRock AM solutions.
- Own solution architecture, design and implementation strategies for ForgeRock Access Management platforms.
- Define and enforce IAM architecture standards, best practices and design patterns.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects of ForgeRock AM.
- Design and configure authentication and authorization capabilities.
- Authentication trees/journeys.
- Sessions, policies, realms and agents.
- Implement and manage SSO, federation and adaptive authentication solutions.
- Lead integration of ForgeRock AM with customer facing web, mobile and API based applications.
- Collaborate with application, security, cloud and infrastructure teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements and ensure successful deployment.
- Support architecture reviews, risk assessments and security compliance activities.
- Seeking an IAM professional specializing in ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IDM and ForgeRock DS.
- Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth), troubleshooting and production support.
- Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM across various environments
- Provide production support, perform debugging and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.
- Develop and enforce policies for SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and MFA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose problem management strategies.
- Deliver service activity reports and ensure smooth IAM operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in technical and architectural leadership roles within IAM or CIAM programs.
- Minimum 7+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock Access Management, covering Authentication and authorization configuration
- Single Sign On (SSO) and federation setup
- Integration with customer facing applications and APIs
- Alternatively, 5+ years of experience with other IAM/CIAM platforms (e.g., ForgeRock Ping, Okta, Auth0) with strong ability to architect and lead ForgeRock AM implementations.
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture principles, customer identity governance and enterprise integrations.
- Deep knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
- Experience working with cloud platforms, identity providers, and modern application architectures.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical decisions.
- Quick learner, team player and self starter.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and engage in cross skilling and upskilling
- Skilled in Java, JavaScript and API development.
- Proficient in LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix and application server environments.
- Experienced in RCA, debugging and resolving high-priority issues.
- Proven ability to optimize IAM systems and provide effective break-fix support.
- IAM or ForgeRock certifications are a plus.
- Willing to take on complex IAM challenges and support ongoing improvements
