Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Systems Integration & File Operations Specialist to join the CVS Healthspire Implementation and Data Services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the secure and accurate transfer of files between internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow through SFTP coordination and rigorous file monitoring (inbound & outbound). The ideal candidate will also provide hands-on configuration and support for a suite of internal applications, including, but not limited to EDI Tracker, COLA submissions, AdminSuite, and COP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily file monitoring for both inbound and outbound transmissions to ensure data integrity, timeliness, and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain SFTP connections with internal and external partners, including setup, troubleshooting, and access management.
  • Configure and maintain internal applications such as EDI Tracker, COLA submissions, AdminSuite, and COP to support operational workflows and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to identify and resolve data transmission issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and error-handling protocols for data exchange and system integration processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities related to file transfers and application integration, and assist in implementing automation where feasible.  Consider adding a bullet for tracking and informing leadership or providing visibility to key stakeholders



Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SFTP coordination and secure file transfer protocols.
  • Strong understanding of file monitoring practices and tools for enterprise-level data integration.
  • Experience configuring and supporting internal applications.
  • Ability to analyze data flow issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and both written and oral communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EDI file formats and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools related to file transfers.
  • Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in file transmissions.



Education
Bachelors Degree or 5 years experience in configuration.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
