In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive solution excellence and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OData, CDS Views, RAP, HANA, SAP Fiori, Reports.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable SAP applications tailored for HANA environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP solutions with various enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to optimize SAP ABAP code for performance improvements in HANA databases.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 frameworks to enhance user experience and interface design.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within SAP landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and SAP UI5 Development
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
