Key Job Duties | 主要工作职责

• Manage GM’s calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings.
• Plan for GM’s business trips, including hotel and transportation reservations.
• Assist GM with reimbursement tasks.
• Handle visitor reception, including beverage requests, itinerary planning, facility tour coordination, catering, and meeting arrangements.
• Customer gifts & company vehicle daily management.
• Oversee and control the usage of the Company Chop & Legal Representative Chop, ensuring all applications are properly documented and fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the company’s internal contract administration, including approval tracking, filing, and lifecycle maintenance in accordance with internal policies.
• Support employee activities and company events.
• Assist in lean production-related projects.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Key Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science, engineering, or related fields.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• High flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Creative, energetic, and proactive attitude.

• The position requires working on-site, 5 days per week.
