How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, as an Associate, Services Business Analyst, you will develop, implement, report, and provide insight into strategic and operational metrics needed by the Global Customer Care team.

You will have the opportunity to use and develop multiple skills in this role:

• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. 
• Ability to understand the underlying business functions and combine analytical efforts with organizational goals and objectives. 
• Document data models, processes, and analytical methodologies.

The Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in DAX & data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
• Experience with Project Management techniques like JIRA, Confluence etc. 
• Experience with Business Applications platform tools like Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Knowledge and experience in platforms like Snowflake, Oracle and Salesforce.
• Understanding of Technical Support Workflows, Knowledge Management and Business Operations is a plus.
