Job Description:

负责川藏贵大区的设备销售工作,Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal supervision. Consults on projects, programs, and processes that span multiple related areas in support of the organization's overall Capital Sales strategy. Applies in-depth knowledge of the Capital Sales field to install best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Acts as a top level specialist to establish cost-effective, results based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Capital Sales intentions.
Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Capital Sales area.
Develops actionable insights of analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Capital Sales strategy.
Plans, implements, and delivers effective sales presentations to customers, defining objectives and measuring success.
Educates customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
