Thomson Reuters Corporates is seeking a Corporates Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for delivering training programs, tools and resources to support the Corporate sales teams. A key priority of the job is to provide subject matter expertise in sales efficiency, program effectiveness, and communication, in support of onboarding, large program support, sales solution selling, and other programs for the global corp. go-to-market teams.  This role will support the Corporates Sales Enablement team’s capacity to reach performance targets and create better outcomes for our sales professionals and business, including faster ramp time and greater productivity.  

About the Role

In this opportunity as Corporates Sales Enablement Specialist you will:

  • Execute and deliver strategies that align with the sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct assessment to measure effectiveness of the sale process to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal enablement team to meet the needs of the assigned segment to deliver training programs and materials to educate sales teams on best practices, for product knowledge, Solution Selling and Account Management and other sales related training. ​
  • Implement sales tools and technologies to include technologies, AI in support of the sales cycle
  • Project manage various initiatives that support the team’s priorities
  • Coordinate communication on the Strategy and OKRs to stakeholders. 
  • Build trusted relationships with sales functions across the global Corporate sales teams and across internal TR teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve sales processes

About You

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in Sales required 
  • Experience in sales process and understanding the customer journey 
  • Strong experience managing Onboarding programs, processes, and facilitation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create and tell a story using data 
  • Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Established analytical and project management ability
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly collaborative individual with proven ability to work well in a complex matrix environment
  • Ability to take ownership and drive towards specified goals
  • Very strong communication skills (written, oral, listening and presentation skills)
  • Ability to build relationships and network with varied stakeholders
  • Flexibility in adjusting to new, different and changing business requirements and decisions
  • Ability to challenge the status quo

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, feedback, and sales performance to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to find solutions to difficult or complex issues by defining the problem, determining the cause of the problem, identifying/prioritizing/selecting alternatives and then implement.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-regional/functional teams, including sales, product development, marketing, and commercial excellence.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to embrace change and new challenges.
  • Training & Education: Experience in developing and delivering training programs

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 - $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
