The Financial Crime Compliance team, part of Franklin Templeton’s Global Compliance division, plays a vital role in protecting the company from financial, reputational, and regulatory risks. With over 100 professionals worldwide, the team ensures compliance with international laws and standards, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, and Sanctions. Joining this team offers exposure to global compliance operations and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
You will assist with daily, monthly, and ad-hoc compliance monitoring.
You will review and organize legal and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
You will update and maintain compliance-related data.
You will process screening cases in the Compliance System.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Enrolled as a student for at least 6 months.
Studying law, business administration, English, or philology.
Prior internships or relevant experience are a plus.
Technical skills
Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
Soft Skills
Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
Available to work approx. 25 hours/week between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
