Deliverables and Tasks:
• Deploy, manage, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant system
o Responsible for out of hours product deployment
o Improve automatic deployment mechanisms
• Determine areas for improvements to run the platform more efficiently/cost effectively.
• Understand the Commcise architecture and become involved in troubleshooting/analysis of the Commcise 
applications
o Answer security questionnaires from clients.
• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing new functionalities.
• Analyse product release notes, new functionalities, bug fixes, code improvements, breaking changes etc.
o Escalate issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution
INTERNAL USE ONLY
o Identify appropriate use of operational best practices
• Investigate and implement new features and applications
o Implement infrastructure components (Monitoring, Logs Management, Consolidation tools etc).
• Continually improving processes with automation and documentation to remove key man dependencies
