本ポジションは、HPE ProLiantをはじめとするHPE Compute製品販売戦略の立案・実行を役割とし、製品そのものの魅力と市場のダイナミズムの両方を取り扱います。

【職務概要】

製品販売戦略・事業管理・GTM戦略・マーケティング・グローバル連携を横断し、顧客価値の最大化・市場育成を通じて、HPE Compute事業を成功に導くビジネスの要となる役割です。

【職務内容】

担当製品の製品戦略策定・実行

• 市場動向・競合分析に基づき、製品ポートフォリオの方向性を設計する
• HPE本社のグローバル製品戦略をローカル市場に最適化し、需要を創出する
• 世代の切り替わりに合わせた市場導入計画を立案する

Go-to-Market（GTM）戦略・販売支援

• 製品訴求メッセージ、競合優位性、ユースケースを整理し、営業・パートナー向けに展開
• 全国の営業、ディストリビューター、SIerパートナー向けの製品トレーニングやEnablementの実施
• 大型商談における技術部門・営業との協業、および提案内容の最適化支援。

顧客価値の最大化・市場育成

• 顧客課題やワークロード（AI/VDI/HPC/中小企業など）別の最適構成・提案モデルの設計
• 顧客事例・ユースケース作成による市場拡大
• 将来のIT動向（ハイブリッドクラウド、セキュリティ、AI）に合わせたカテゴリ戦略の刷新

マーケティング活動の推進

• 製品キャンペーン、セミナー、展示会、デジタル施策などの企画
• Web・資料・営業ツールなどのコンテンツ制作監修
• 新製品発表やバージョンアップタイミングでの広報・PR連携

事業計画

• 売上、シェア、粗利、在庫、需要予測などカテゴリKPIを管理する
• 予算計画策定と、四半期ごとの実績レビュー・ギャップ対策の実行

グローバル・技術部門との連携

• HPE本社との定期レビュー
• 技術チームと連携し、製品フィードバックやローカル市場要求を本社へフィードバック

【応募資格（必須条件）】

• x86サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、ハイブリッドクラウド、仮想化などITインフラに関する基礎知識
• カテゴリーマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、事業企画、営業企画などの経験、または、IT業界における営業・プリセールス経験
• 営業やパートナー向けのEnablement、提案資料作成、製品訴求メッセージ構築の経験
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
• 論理的思考力、プレゼンテーション能力
• IT業界での実務経験：3〜7年程度

【歓迎条件（あれば尚可）】

• サーバー市場・競合（Dell、Lenovo、Cisco等）の製品理解
• HPE ProLiantのGen世代（Gen10/Gen11/Gen12）や主要技術（iLO、Silicon Root of Trust など）に関する理解
• 売上管理、利益管理、需要予測などの数値管理スキル
• 価格戦略、製品戦略、ポートフォリオ管理の経験
• 大型案件の支援、ソリューション提案の経験
• 製品マーケティング（キャンペーン企画、イベント企画、デジタル施策）経験
• 調査データを活用した市場分析・競合分析スキル
• 開発・技術・営業・サプライチェーンなど複数部門と協働できる調整力
• パートナー企業（ディストリビューター、SIer）との折衝経験
• グローバルチームとの連携（英語での会議・レポーティング）
