How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. To perform root cause analysis by analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots equipment problems via telephone or at customer site

執行根本原因分析,通過電話或在客戶現場分析、診斷和故障排除設備的問題

2. To provide regular assistance, guidance, leadership, and technical assistance to junior or less experienced field service engineers; serve as equipment expert for customer

定期提供協助,指導,領導,和技術援助設備,提供客戶初級或經驗不足的現場服務的工程師

3. Assisting customers with equipment receiving, installation, and testing services.

協助客戶收貨、安裝、和測試等設備服務活動

4. To travel as required for the purposes of performing service activities at customer sites

到客戶地出差進行服務活動

5. To provide customer training at site for company equipment when required

為客戶培訓公司的設備,在需要時到現場執行

6. To adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality field operations

7. To provide timely response to feedback, complaints and request from customers on site so that site issues are resolved to the expectation of the customers

8. Assisting clients with retrofit assessments of existing equipment

協助客戶針對既有設備的改造評估

9. The project leader is responsible for tracking project progress, handling temporary changes, and coordinating cross-departmental work during project execution.

改造專案的專案負責人,追蹤專案進度、臨時變更、專案執行過程中的跨單位協調工作

Are you a MATCH?

1. Degree in Engineering工程學位
2. Ability to analyze data and report problems, to provide complete accurate, comprehensive service reports & to communicate technical issues to other technical staff

對數據進行分析和報告問題,提供完整準確,全面的服務報告及與其他技術人員溝通技術問題的能力

3. Advanced customer service skills, with a solid foundation of understanding the importance of relationship building

4. Ability to facilitate resolution of technical challenges

5. Must be able to successfully meet customer site access requirements such as: background checks, safety training, and cleanroom access (gowning and breathing apparatus)

6. Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings
