At Novonesis, Corporate Finance takes a focused approach to grow value. Our strategic direction is anchored in five initiatives; partner with business, lead value orientation, advance core finance, grow people and powered by technology.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Manage all processes and systems required to timely and accurately process payroll for all Novonesis affiliates in the US and Canada.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Provincial requirements.

• Review and analyze current payroll and payroll tax procedures identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external auditors, internal and external business partners, as well as recognized professional associations to ensure best policies and practices are put into place.

• Continually focus on training and development programs for payroll employees, planning and preparing for growth and employee transition.

• Responsible for the execution of the annual performance review process for direct reports and ensuring the team is engaged throughout the cycle.

• Manage special payroll projects as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with Finance QMS.

• Maintain highest level of confidentiality in all matters.

Potentially relevant experience:

• B.S. Degree with emphasis in Business Administration or Accounting (preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payroll

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Location: Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

Expected salary range: $100,000-120,000
