As a User Experience Engineer 4 within the Marketing Technology ecosystem, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale customer communication and digital experience solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic v8 (ACC v8), strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, SQL and proven experience leading teams in delivering scalable marketing technology solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive solution design, and oversee end-to-end campaign and platform implementations. Working closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and global partners, you will ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives while maintaining platform stability, performance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive email templates, landing pages, web forms, and digital experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication and marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic v8 (ACC v8).
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Marketing Operations, and global HQ teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee team workload, project deliverables, and resource planning to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to established Campaign QA and Email QA processes, including validation of audience targeting, personalization, content accuracy, tracking, rendering, and deployment readiness.
Drive quality assurance best practices across campaign development and execution, ensuring high-quality customer communications and minimizing production issues through rigorous testing and governance.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot complex campaign, workflow, and data integration issues, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.
Support the adoption and implementation of next-generation Adobe technologies, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Act as the primary technical point of contact for leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and successful project execution.
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v8 (ACC v8), including campaign development, workflows, deliveries, schemas, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing responsive email templates, landing pages, web forms, and customer-facing digital experiences.
Solid understanding of JSON, XML, and data structures used in marketing technology integrations and data exchange.
Strong knowledge of data management concepts, audience segmentation, data workflows, and campaign orchestration.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is highly desirable and is considered a strong advantage.
