Idaho Power — located in vibrant Boise, Idaho — is looking for a Department Clerk I or II to join our Fleet team. It’s an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. What does a Department Clerk I or II do for us?
A Department Clerk I or II is an entry level position. Under direct supervision, they perform routine support functions following established work procedures. Functions may include data collection, data entry, reconciliation, document processing, copying, information exchange, filing, and record-keeping. A Department Clerk II’s work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires broad knowledge of company and/or department procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people. There may be occasional lifts of no more than 25lbs. from floor. The above is a summary of the primary essential functions of the position.
