Position Description

The Managed Microsoft 365 Reporting and Automation Consultant will generate prescribed, scheduled reports for Managed Microsoft 365 clients. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent English communication skills (written and oral), problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging PowerShell and Power Automate routines that create raw output for reports
  • Using raw output, leverage Power BI and other application tools to transform data into reports and dashboards designed for easy consumption by client
  • Monitoring tenant notifications for actionable alerts
  • Informing client and client technology advisor (CTA) when actionable alerts occur
  • Researching and providing recommended next steps to remediate alert findings
  • Designing and refining end-to-end solutions utilizing Power Shell, Power App, Power Automate, Power BI to improve productivity and knowledge sharing with client and team metrics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field
  • Minimum of three years’ experience utilizing automation technologies including PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI to provide solutions that have met business objectives
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal clients and team members
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once
  • At least one of the following Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Development experience with Microsoft Graph
