The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Frederick warehouse—equipment and supplies. Preparing outbound shipments to show site and receiving shipments.

Primary Responsibilities

60% - Handling/Tracking Shipments: Prepares outbound show shipments in accordance with the shipment schedule. Coordinates with registration specialists and production team to prepare equipment for shipment. Works with truck drivers to load equipment onto vehicles. Responsible for receiving show return shipments, provide reports on return shipment discrepancies, and update inventory spreadsheets accordingly.

20% - Inventory and Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure warehouse is kept in an orderly fashion. Dispose of broken equipment/old supplies as needed. Maintain accurate count of warehouse items and update inventory spreadsheet accordingly. Monitor inventory levels and advise Logistics manager of reorder points.

20% - Assist Logistics Manager: Submit air bills and truck shipment paperwork to carriers. Review for accuracy. Work with carriers and onsite personnel to resolve delays or discrepancies. Print shipping labels. Submit online air bills.

Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent work experience required.

2. Very detailed oriented.

3. Strong communication and customer service skills.

4. High level of computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

5. Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.

6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

7. Must be able to consistently lift boxes up to 50 pounds and push cases (on wheels) of up to 600 pounds.

8. Must be comfortable operating a pallet jack.
