Our mission is to create a reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure foundation that accelerates development, drives automation, and empowers both internal and external teams.

As part of the Platform Engineering team, you’ll design, build, and run our Platform-as-a-Service — the backbone that hosts all our microservices. You’ll take ownership across the stack: CI/CD, API-driven automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, scalability, cost optimization, and incident response.

We’re in the exciting phase of building from scratch — designing and delivering a cutting-edge infrastructure while experimenting with new technologies like Crossplane, CDK8S, and our custom-built CLI that automates manifest generation with ArgoCD.

It’s a place where you can make an impact, learn fast, and shape the future of how we do cloud and AI infrastructure. You’ll also collaborate with our AI team to deliver high-performance ML infrastructure that accelerates model delivery to production. And yes — we’re a smart, passionate, and fun bunch of engineers who love what we do. We love experimenting with and using new AI technologies, like LLMs, MCPs, and Cursor. We do weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and internal demos where we showcase our achievements with the security team.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and operate automation software for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve observability through better logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting reliability and performance.
• Document improvements and maintain a growing knowledge base of best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure in AWS (and explore multi-cloud setups).
• Champion and spread DevOps culture and best practices across the company.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to define SLOs/SLAs and ensure high availability.
• Be part of our on-call rotation to keep our platform reliable 24/7.

🧰 What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Golang, or TypeScript — whether for CLIs, Lambdas, or automation scripts.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, VPC, etc.) and solid Unix skills.
• Proficiency with CI/CD systems, Containers and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Understanding of networking, REST APIs, and security in regulated environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or data platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Azure DevOps, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with Crossplane, cdk8s, or ArgoCD.
