LATAM Distributors Supply Manager

What you will do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure uninterrupted Supply Chain processes. Alert management regarding any supply issues or potential product safety risks.
- Oversee monthly demand planning, inventory levels, and support planning of launches, tenders, and regular demand for LATAM countries.
- Monitor daily shipments, purchase orders, sales budgets, and regulatory variations to align with commercial, pricing, regulatory ROL, and manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate with customer service for accurate purchase order creation in SAP and provide visibility of sales orders and shipments to commercial and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP/GDP, participate in audits, and maintain records of delegated activities. Provide oversight and guidance in Distribution and Supply Chain compliance.
- Lead S&OP and demand review meetings, issue necessary exception requests, change controls, and share import documents with distributor logistics team.
- Engage in the annual Business Review and planning site meetings to align with strategy and ensure supply.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree Or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.
- Primary language Spanish, but proficient in English (both in oral and written communication)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Management,
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working in GMP/GDP regulated environment in pharma and cold chain.
- Quality systems knowledge (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Product Complaints)
- Pharmaceutical cold chain and temperature-controlled product knowledge.
- Knowledge of Mexican & International regulations related to distribution of medicinal products.
- This role is categorized as a remote worker. While it can be performed outside of Mexico, the preference is that the final candidate be co-located with LATAM Distributor Market Leadership Team in Mexico City.
