Reporting into the Senior Manager, HR Generalist Team this position will be responsible for providing operational support to assigned HR Business Partner teams and will serve as a team lead providing mentorship, and guidance to team member. This role will also play a pivotal part in ensuring we continuously improve our processes, and coordinate across our internal stakeholders.
Assist HRBP with various HR related issues for assigned division including: cyclical rhythm of the business (day to day tasks), people process, and general inquiries; responding to employee questions as they arise
Operates in a team lead capacity provides mentorship, guidance, and training support; serving as a SME across HR Generalist operations, and core processes
Partners with direct manager, and stakeholders to ensure we continuously improve our processes, procedures, efficiency and effectiveness
Assists with SOP updates, communication, and coordination
Mentors/trains new HRG Team members, operates as a team lead to HRG team members
Mass RIF/PMO back-up support
Maintain HRIS accuracy and completeness (Workday Management)
Management of employee information in Workday including performance evaluation, employee history, and organizational charts
Work efficiently with datasets (varying sizes from small to very large) in Excel, generate pivot tables, comfortable using formulas (v-lookup)
Collects data and provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People Metrics
Other projects, coordination, and ad hoc reporting or audits; as requested
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 4+ years relevant work experience; or 6+ years of combined relevant work experience acceptable
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, though note required HR related technologies with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, cyclical people processes, and terminology

Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to seek creative solutions to problems as they arise

Maintains high levels of confidentiality with projects and information
