The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

Summary of Role:

RTX is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Program Management and RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) team within Technology & Global Engineering (T&GE). This key role is instrumental in driving performance excellence and spearheading strategic initiatives to strengthen Enterprise alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical RLPM initiatives, fostering the alignment of common Enterprise program management capabilities, and collaborating closely with our business units to ensure successful implementation.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage critical RLPM initiatives to drive performance excellence across the Enterprise

  • Partner across the Enterprise to develop framework and implementation strategy for a unified program management development and certification process

  • Utilize CORE to system to enhance and standardize program management processes, tools, and certification frameworks across the Enterprise.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance alignment across RTX's Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon business units.

  • Provide executive level communication on execution, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

  • Define, track, and report performance metrics for RLPM initiatives to assess impact and ROI while using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives.

  • Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and serve as the escalation point for addressing and resolving program management issues.

  • Location: Any U.S. RTX location, with proximity to major RTX location and ability to travel several times throughout the year 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience with BS or BA Degree in a technical program or Advanced Degree with 10 years’ experience 

  • Progressive experience leading and driving projects / programs with high complexity and / or scope  

  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder & leadership teams

  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to solve complex problems with a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, focused on achieving key milestones and objectives

  • Hands on knowledge or experience with MS suite, and other program management tools 

  • Continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of CORE, LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement framework

  • Ability to summarize and translate data into executive level presentations for decision making

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

  • Ability to effectively drive results in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Ability to quickly build relationships and trust across RTX for partnership oriented approach  

  • Financial management experience

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
