Qualifications You Must Have:
Currently serving as ACTIVE DUTY military and be eligible to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a related field.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Intermediate understanding of project management methodologies.
Fundamental MS Office Skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail.
Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
Certification in Project Management [e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP)].
Advanced proficiency in project management software.
Prior Experience with:
Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned.
Data entry into Project Management (PM) Systems.
Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Tech Leads, and Project Administrators (PAs) to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives.
Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments.
Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
Strong hand/finger dexterity for typing and document handling.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Occasional travel may be required.
