How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead planning, strategy, and execution of major construction projects.
• Oversee third-party firms and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and manage capital investment budgets.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support project decisions.
• Ensure successful project closeout and post-completion activities.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 15+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex construction projects in Corporate Real Estate environments.
• Strong financial acumen related to capital projects and asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and collaboration tools.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction-related software.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
