Job Description:

Translates 3M Consumer Business portfolio objectives and brand positioning into consumer experience strategies prioritized and allocated across E2E consumer journey touchpoints focusing on Taiwan market. Execute and coordinate Area marketing campaigns at local, oversee country content assets and creatives, partner with country marketing teams to succeed Taiwan portfolio business growth and marketing objective results delivery.  

Key Responsibilities and with KPIs for Performance Review:

- Campaign Execution & Coordination​

• Collaborate with country teams to implement Area-led campaigns, ensuring program alignment and calendar management. ​
• Support country local programs that aligned with ACXL/CDML on key communication material. ​
• Monitor and collaborate on ongoing and “live” campaigns, ensuring alignment with Campaign execution​
• Collaborate with Area CX to provide input and sign off on Priority Program Brief.​
• Review content plans, creatives and media plans for local input alongside Area CX.​

• Recommend strategies for deploying demand generation budgets and managing spend for Area programs.​
• Collaborate as an influencer for the allocation of local activation budgets​
   

- Content & Creative Oversight​

• Lead local KOL identification and activation for content creation.​
• Translate creative materials to maintain quality and local relevance ​
• Manage digital assets in-country across owned and paid platforms (excluding global websites)​
• Manage assigned budget for all local content creation ​
   

- Governance ​

• Share brand guidelines—covering standards, tools, best practices, and procedures—with APL, APM, CDM, SM and Sales​
• Enforce governance for content, brand usage, and identity (visual/verbal/written/image).​
• Ensure consistent brand strategy is managed through all marketing functions, areas and consumer touch points
   

- Partnership with Category Development and Shopper Marketing ​

• Ensure the program calendar aligns with SM on channel plans for maximum impact.​
• Providing input for Customer Campaign Plan Sharing meetings

Requirements:

-At least 5-8 yrs of CPG industry working experience. Marketing background is a plus.
-Digital marketing capabilities with solid marketing campaign planning and execution proven records.
-Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Good team work and communication skills (Verbal, written, and presentation). 
-Good data analytics skill is a plus.
