About the Role
 

As the Manager, Data Entry, you will manage a team of data entry specialists, ensuring accurate data input. You will be maintaining quality standards, providing training and support to team members, and implementing process improvements. Your role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data used by the organization.
 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating effective leadership skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative team dynamic.

  • Providing training and support to team members on data entry tools and techniques.

  • Influencing and guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and agencies.

  • Establishing team standards and enforcing procedures based on expertise in respective field.

  • Troubleshooting data entry issues and providing solutions to improve data accuracy

  • Facilitating effective collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders.

  • Presenting team achievements, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.

  • Creating and delivering engaging presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Have a thorough understanding of data management systems and software.

  • Have 5+ plus years experience as a people leader required.

  • Possess analytical skills and the capacity to decipher data and provide strategic suggestions.

  • Have experience working with data entry software and databases.

  • Possess effective problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data entry issues and recommend solutions.

  • Able to gather and incorporate feedback from senior leaders and stakeholders into team strategies and processes.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Have experience in creating and maintaining procedures, and in coaching others to ensure accuracy.

  • Possess significant experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

  • Proficiency in using presentation software and tools to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
