Introduction:  

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure App Service .NET Developer to join our D365 team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure App Service. The Technical consultant will be based in GLOBALFOUNDRIES office in Bangalore and work closely with Implementation partners, Vendor resources, Functional consultants and Business users 

Your Job:  

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, C# .NET and Azure Functions
• Implement and manage cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services, with a focus on Azure App Service
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Integrate Azure Web API with Dataverse
• Create workflows and orchestrate business processes using Azure Integration Services
• Implement messaging workflows and publish APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Required Qualifications:  

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on ASP.NET Core and C#
• Extensive experience (3+ years) working with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure App Service
• Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and design patterns
• Expertise in RESTful web services and API design
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Familiarity with Azure Managed Identity and ARM templates
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid
• Knowledge of Azure Networking concepts (Virtual Networks, Private Links)
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and CQRS principles
• Experience with Azure Dataverse
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices
• Exposure Azure Data Factory is preferred
