Dow Thailand Group is looking for Operating Technician. The successful candidate will be assigned under Special Elastomer plant (SE) based in Asia Industrial Estate, Banchang, Rayong. Your responsible is to operates assigned equipment or areas of the Plant with a close to moderate degree of supervision. Performs and reports on operational related activities per the Operations Dashboard (OPD) Tasks List. Develops technical skills on the job to perform routine work activities using existing standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Control or operate entire chemical processes or systems of machines, using panel boards, control boards, or semi-automatic equipment.
  • Confer with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. 
  • Operate work by following safety procedure in work order, instructions.

Qualification:

  • Male with min. 0 - 3 years experienced in petrochemical industry.
  • Graduated in High Vocational Technical College with min. GPA 2.75 in Petrochemical or Production Technique.
  • Good command of read and write English
  • Good in Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS team)
  • Able to work in shift and work as a team.
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Good team player, hands-on, enthusiastic, dynamic, result-oriented, value-driven service
