Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Intercompany accounting processes.

• Perform complex accounting activities during month-end closing, including journal entries, cash handling, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.

• Analyze financial statements and perform related reviews.

• Coordinate closing activities and other key deliverables as assigned by the Supervisor or Lead Analyst.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls for accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Support migration coordination of R2R processes from countries within the scope.

• Identify and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency across processes.

What you need:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Intermediate Excel skills)

• Fluent spoken and written English (85%)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting role within a matrixed international company.

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred

• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or QAD systems

Travel Percentage: 10%
