What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
What are we looking for? Analytical & Data-Driven – Ability to interpret complex sales data, spot trends, and generate actionable insights. Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Ensures CRM data, reports, and dashboards are precise and reliable. Proactive Problem Solver – Quickly identifies funnel bottlenecks, data discrepancies, and account risks. Effective Communicator – Clearly presents insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and sales reps. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Proficient with CRM, cloud, AI, Excel, and reporting tools, and can adapt to new systems quickly. Advanced Excel & Google Sheets – Pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization for complex analysis. PowerPoint & Data Presentation – Create clear, insightful, and visually compelling reports for WBR/MBR/QBR. CRM & Cloud Tools – Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or cloud-based sales platforms for data management and pipeline monitoring. AI & Analytics Tools – Use AI-enabled tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or predictive analytics platforms) for trend spotting and actionable insights. Data Governance & Reporting Automation – Maintain clean, reliable data and automate dashboards and reports across cloud systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Data Integrity & Governance – Ensure CRM and sales data are accurate, reliable, and structured for actionable insights. 2. Lead & Funnel Analytics – Track lead flow, identify high-priority prospects, and detect micro-funnel bottlenecks for performance optimization. 3. Reporting & Dashboard Management – Prepare WBR, MBR, and QBR reports with multi-layered analysis, trends, and regional comparisons. 4. Trend Identification & Predictive Insights – Analyze short-term and multi-quarter data to flag shifts, optimize strategies, and anticipate account risks. 5. Target Setting & Performance Evaluation – Use data-driven intelligence to set achievable sales targets, monitor rep performance, and guide decision-making.
